The overall objective of the project "Technical Assistance to improving the administrative capacity of the municipality of Kardzhali" is to increase the capacity of municipal administration Kardzhali related to the management and implementation of the Investment Programme under Priority Axis 1 "Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development" Operational Programme "Regions in growth »2014-2020,
The specific objectives of the project are related to increasing the capacity of municipal experts in order to manage and implement the Investment Programme under Procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001.039 «Implementation of integrated plans for urban regeneration and development», Operational Programme "Regions in growth» 2014 -2020, as well as creating of conditions for effective functioning of the Intermediate Unit regarding to evaluation of the project proposals under Priority axis 1 of the OP "Regions for growth" 2014-2020 in the municipality of Kardzhali.
The main activities of the project are aimed at ensuring the remuneration for experts from the management team of the Investment Program and the Intermediate Unit, providing external evaluators for the evaluation of the project proposals.
Within the project are provided and participations in the creation of urban networks and events at EU level related to integrated urban sustainable development. The publicity of the project activities will be ensured through the provision of regular press releases to the media and placing explanatory signboard and poster.
