The investment intention of the municipality of Cherven Bryag is "REPAIR AND REHABILITATION OF A DORMITORY AT THE PGZS "Alexander Stamboliyski" - CHOMAKOVTSI" The basis of the idea is the transformation of existing dormitories into a modern center of attraction for living, allowing the self-preparation of the educational process. The improved conditions for residence in the dormitories are also a prerequisite for increasing enrollment in educational institutions by providing a favorable environment for living and learning/self-training and recreation.This will help to increase motivation to learn and educational outcomes. By carrying out repair works and purchasing new equipment in a large part of the dormitories, living conditions will be significantly improved. The purpose of the project proposal is to provide high-quality and modern conditions for living and learning/self-training outside the place of residence of students who do not live in the settlement in which they study, through the repair, reconstruction, furnishing and equipment of dormitories in the school education system.
The implementation of the project envisages repair, reconstruction of the entire building of the dormitory, construction and installation works to ensure a complete renewed appearance of the dormitory at the "Alexander Stamboliyski" PGZS - CHOMAKOVTSI, municipality of Cherven Bryag located in the village of Chomakovtsi, municipality. Cherven Bryag, Pleven region UPI I-928, quarter 42. It is planned to reduce the final energy consumption, and for this purpose, all the measures foreseen in the energy efficiency survey, improvement of the comfort of the residents, provision of a favorable environment, with the aim of improving the educational results and the motivation for learning, will be carried out. It is planned to purchase new equipment and furnish the rooms in the dormitory. The building subject to the investment intention has a total area of ​​452.25 sq.m. on one floor.
