In recent years, the demand for direct fruit and vegetable juices and tomato products in Bulgaria and abroad has increased significantly. In order to meet market needs, the current project envisages the purchase of a new line for filling and packaging of fruit and vegetable direct juices and tomato products in aseptic cartons of 0.5 liters and 1 liter for a fruit and vegetable processing plant in the city of Plovdiv. The investment is related to the replacement of two obsolete lines for filling products, one of which is designed for filling packages of 0.5 liters and the other of 1 liters. The main raw materials for processing are tomatoes, apples, peaches, apricots, pears, sour cherries and cherries.
The company has extensive technological experience in the production of tomato puree and fruit and vegetable juices. The main goal of the investment is to bring the company in line with the newly introduced European standards, reduce the amount of resources used in production, improve efficiency and quality, and expand the range of products, supplementing the production program with production of direct juices from: apple; apple-peach-apricot; pear; sour cherry-cherry in packages of 0.5 and 1 liter. The renovation of the equipment will contribute to bringing the production in line with modern requirements for production and sale of food products, as well as to increase the capacity of the enterprise.
All currently approved standards in the country and the EU for quality, hygiene and environmental friendliness of the production process will be met. The project will contribute to increasing the economic indicators, productivity and competitiveness of the enterprise.
The investments made will also lead to the creation of a new job and opportunities for sustainable employment of the local population.

Модернизиране на наличните мощности чрез закупуване на нова линия за пълнене на плодови и зеленчукови директни сокове и доматени продукти в асептични картонени опаковки: Дейността е насочена към инвестиции от категорията „Закупуване, включително чрез финансов лизинг, на нови машини, съоръжения и оборудване, необходими за подобряване на производствения процес по преработка и маркетинга, както и инсталирането им“.
Дейността включва инвестиции, свързани със закупуване и монтаж на технологично оборудване в цех за производство на плодови и зеленчукови директни сокове и доматени продукти в град Пловдив. „ФИЛИКОН - 97“ АД проведе процедура за избор на изпълнител, като изпрати запитвания до три фирми. След получените оферти, избра за изпълнител Tetra Pak Romania SRL. С осъществяването на проекта се цели осъвременяване на технологичната инфраструктура, увеличаване на капацитета и повишаване на ефективността на предприятието, както и поддържане на висок контрол над хигиената на производство.
Целите, които ще бъдат изпълнени с извършването на този тип инвестиции са по-добро използване на факторите за производство, въвеждане на нови продукти, подобряване на качеството и безопасността на храните и тяхната проследяемост, повишаване на ефективността на производството и внедряване на нови продукти в производствената програма на предприятието.
Стъпките за изпълнение на дейността от страна на кандидата включват:
- Избор на изпълнител и подписване на договор за доставка и монтаж на технологично оборудване;
- Изготвяне на график и следене за изпълняване на сроковете от различните участници в изпълнението на проекта и информиране за промени;
- Осъществяване на мониторинг по време на монтажа;
- Извършване на проверка за сверяване на доставеното технологично оборудване за съответствие с описаното в договора.
