The present project proposal was developed based on the findings of an internal analysis, the possibilities provided by the procedure "Support to the beneficiaries under the OPRD for effective and efficient implementation of the OPRD" and the specific needs of the Municipality of Asenovgrad in relation to the overall implementation of the "Development of the Regions" Program 2021-2027.
The performed analysis shows that during the 2014-2020 program period, over 50 municipal employees were engaged to participate in various phases of OPRD projects. These are a wide range of specialists, employees of the Municipality of Asenovgrad in various fields. A large part of these employees engaged in the development, application, implementation, management and reporting of OPRD projects, experience difficulties in their daily work caused by the insufficient and old technical equipment and the lack of certain specialized software products.
Therefore, the Municipality of Asenovgrad has prepared a project proposal aimed at providing technical support to directorates, departments, units and persons who will be responsible for the preparation, application, implementation, management, reporting and presentation of projects under the 2021-2027 RDP.
The implementation of the project will greatly ease the work of municipal administration employees engaged in RDP projects, will improve the quality of the implemented activities and shorten the time for completing the assigned tasks. The awareness of citizens and interested parties regarding the planned project intentions and projects implemented under the RDP will be significantly improved, which will lead to more active participation of civil society in public discussions, offering project ideas and empathy for the implemented projects. All this will have a direct impact in terms of improving the process of development, application, implementation, management, reporting and presentation of projects under the 2021-2027 RDP.

Доставка на ИТ оборудсване и софтуер за обезпечаване на работата на дирекции, отдели, звена и лица , отговорни за подготовка, кандидатстване, управление, изпълнение, отчитане и представяне на проектите по ПРР 2021 – 2027 г. в Община Асеновград. Представената стойност е с включен ДДС: Реализацията на дейността има за цел закупуването на ИT оборудване и софтуер за обезпечаване на работата на дирекции, отдели, звена и лица, отговорни за подготовката, кандидатстването, управлението, изпълнението, отчитането и представянето на проектите по ПРР 2021 – 2027 г. в Община Асеновград.
Закупуването на заложената в проектното предложение техника и софтуер, ще облекчи изключително много работата на служителите в общинска администрация, ще подобри качеството на реализираните дейности и ще съкрати чувствително времето за изпълнение на поставените задачи. Ще се подобри значително информираността на гражданите и заинтересованите страни относно плануваните проектни идеи и реализирани по ПРР проекти, което ще доведе до по-дейно участие на гражданското общество при обществени обсъждания, предлагане на проектни идеи и съпричастност към реализираните проекти.
Всичко това ще има пряко отражение по отношение на подобряване на процеса по разработване, кандидатстване, изпълнение, управление, отчитане и представяне на проекти по ПРР 2021-2027г.
