Overhaul of lime plasters and painting, replacement of internal doors and external gates and processing of all wooden elements that are not replaced. making a new wooden mattress with thermal insulation, on all premises except service rooms; thermal insulation of floors, walls, ceilings, replacement of joinery (model)/ glazing/; construction of a new heating installation;  new flooring;  new e-mail.
