The main problem for which a solution is being sought is the improvement of the condition of the technically unusable and morally obsolete municipal base. The implementation of the project proposal will improve the appearance of the town of Tutrakan and will provide more modern infrastructural opportunities for culture, sports and recreation. The investments will improve the quality of life and will contribute to the development of tourism, as well as to the improvement of the services for the population - educational, cultural, related to sports, as they are important for the retention of the younger population.
Rehabilitation project on Geo Milev Street, Tutrakan, with a section from the Open City Market entrance to the intersection with Iskar Street and from the intersection with Iskar Street to the intersection with Sava Ognyanov Street (Silistra ):
• Cleaning the roadway by machine
• Forming tree trunks and cutting low branches, including removal of felled material
• Excavation for the base of the sidewalk - manually, including all related inherent costs
• Demolition of concrete and asphalt pavement and all related costs
• Dismantling of concrete curbs and leading concrete strips and loading of transport, according to the instructions of the Assignor
• Loading and transportation of materials per 1 km. - concrete curbs
• Cold milling of asphalt pavement with road milling machine, including loading, transportation and disposal of the milled material and all related inherent costs
• Demolition of a sidewalk covered with paving slabs and all related costs
• Loading and transportation of materials per 1 km. - sidewalk tiles
• Machine application of dense asphalt. mixture, cleaning the base and all related costs / without transport /
• Construction of a second / connecting / bitumen spill, delivery, installation and all related inherent costs
