The project proposal proceeds one of the communication activities implemented in the project BG16M1OP001-5.002-0002-C01 "Promotion of OPTTI by organizing public events, production of advertising and printed materials" which period of operation is from 2014 to 31.12.2022. 
The main activity of the current budget line is organizing public events for the needs of OPTTI and PTC. Under budget line BG16M1OP001-5.002-0002, the implementation of the Indicator "Number of public events" was 14 out of 20 by the end of the project. The pandemic of COVID 19 in 2020 and 2021 and all restrictive measures to reduce the virus made it impossible to organize public events. That is the major reason the indicator is not achieved. 

The new budget line with an implementation period of 01.01.2023 - 31.12.2023  will be used to organize public events under OPTTI and organize Monitoring Committees under PTC.  This will contribute to the achievement of the indicator "Number of public events" and will compensate for the accumulated delay in its implementation within the completed budget line due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

A  public procurement procedure "Organization of events for the needs of PTC 2021-2027 and OPTTI 2014-2020" has been started and all the budget of the contract will be divided between the two projects. For events organized under OPTTI until 31.12.2023 and the rest of the budget under PTC by a new budget line.
