Under this financial plan, the salaries and the relevant social security contributions will be funded for activities carried out by the Executive Director and the staff of the specialized administration in Executive Agency Certification audit of European agriculture funds. The target group consists part of the employees of the CAEAF EA engaged in audit under the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and funds for remuneration for performance of their functions will be provided through the implementation of the FP. When implementing the financial plan, EU horizontal principles will be respected.
