Programme: Good Governance

The project proposal provides for the construction of a farm and a fishery for the cultivation of African catfish (Clarias gariepinus) in a recirculating system in UPI III-078040,078041, identical with the PD 04426.78.48 in kv.088 in the village of Bliznatsi, Avren Municipality. Investor to invest in the supply of farm equipment and machines, introduce RES for the needs of the farm, create conditions for safe working conditions.
Growing technology ensures and guarantees the health of produce through day-to-day monitoring and nutrition control, growth and sorting, and periodic review by a specialist to establish the health status of fish.
The project contributes to the sustainable development of the sector by:

- Introduces renewable energy sources to improve energy efficiency
- Improves resource and energy efficiency
- Creates new jobs
- Improves occupational safety and working conditions, hygiene and health of workers with personal protective equipment and special working and outdoor workwear for different seasons and climatic conditions. Provides places for relaxation, eating and rest.
