The current state of the heating system in the building of United School “P.R.Slaveykov” in Dzhulyunitsa is not good, given the fact that the radiators in the building are mostly old, with many obstructions and can’t be regulated by the users. The third floor of the building is out of use which leads to the need of isolating the heating system on that floor. The radiators and the vertical lever handles can’t be isolated and in case of emergency the whole system must be emptied. The piping is in good condition and there is no need for its replacement. 
The circulation pumps and the expansion vessel are amortized and in need for replacement.
The main priority of Lyaskovets Municipality is the improvement of the educational infrastructure on the territory of the municipality through the renovation of the heating system in United School “P.R.Slaveykov”, village of Dzhulyunitsa.
The implementation of project “Renovation of the heating system in the building of United School “P.R.Slaveykov”, village of Dzhulyunitsa, Lyaskovets Municipality” aims at the following results: 
- Renovating small educational infrastructure which will lead to optimum living environment in Lyaskovets Municipality;
- Better environment and encouragement for developing of the human resources;
- Improvement of the energy characteristics of the building of the school;
- Improvement of the state of the heating system in United School “P.R.Slaveykov”, village of Dzhulyunitsa through the replacement of old radiators with new ones.
