"PRO MET DESIGN" LTD is a progressive and rapidly growing company engaged in the manufacture of custom steel components and precision metal constructions. At present the company has reached its capacity and cannot continue its development as all processes are done manually and the operative information transmitted by e-mail leads to gaps, generating delays and lower the credibility of the company. The production process is characterized by the separation of scrap metal, which can't be organized and monitored by the lack of system and further slow down the process and have a negative impact on the environment.
With the implementation of the project "PRO MET DESIGN" Ltd. will solve these problems and develop management capacity and sustainable growth, through the deployment of ERP software for managing business processes. The software features a module for waste management, which aims to limit any negative impact on the environment and improve the company image to customers.
The project will be implemented by acquisition and implementation of ERP software for business process management and module for waste management.
The result is expected to develop management capacity and to ensure sustainable growth of the company on the national and European market.
