Description
With this project proposal of SAM - KINTI Ltd. presents its investment plan for the purchase and commissioning of high - performance, high - tech, modern equipment with CNC for metal processing - CNC vertical machining center and two CNC lathes (1 piece with inclined guides and 1 piece with horizontal guides). With the successful implementation of the project activities the old and low productivity machines for mechanical metal processing will be replaced, which will limit the dependence of the company on subcontractors, will increase the labor productivity and will reduce the time for the production of some basic details and units, on the other hand it will enable the company to develop and produce new modified products with much greater complexity of workmanship, will increase the quality of the parts, will ensure uniformity of the produced units and will minimize the corrections during the assembly of the details. All this will lead to increased competitiveness of SAM - KINTI Ltd. and the permanent positioning of the company on the European market. The main activities in the implementation of the project proposal are: 1. Defining the team and project management 2. Ensuring visibility and publicity 3. Conducting a tender procedure for selection of contractor and delivery and putting into operation of the required equipment 4. Accounting and internal monitoring
