BULKONS PARVOMAY Ltd. since its inception has developed its activities entirely in the vegetable processing sector. Produces lutenitsa and ketchup / sauces / by processing the following main raw materials: pepper, tomatoes and eggplant, which the company buys mainly from Bulgarian farmers. The enterprise carries out the processing activity in its production base, located in the town of Parvomay, municipality Parvomay, region Plovdiv.
This project is aimed at the following investments:
- current repair of the roofs of some production buildings and installation of photovoltaic panels on one of them for autonomous production of electricity from renewable sources in order to meet only the company's own energy needs;
- along with RES, another investment aimed at environmental protection is the modernization of the equipment of the existing treatment plant of the enterprise through the purchase of a rotary filter for water purification;
-purchase of new production equipment in order to achieve automation of processes and operations in the enterprise - three new vacuum devices and pasteurizer, closing machine, pepper sprinkler; compressor, product marking printer, specialized equipment for existing steam boilers, water softening station, etc.
-purchase and installation of refrigeration equipment - for quick freezing and storage of roasted pepper in order to provide the necessary raw material for the production of coarsely ground lutenitsa all year round;
-introduction of automated equipment and control systems for production systems in the enterprise.
The planned investments aim at introducing new processes and technologies in the existing production. Investments in renewable energy sources and the modernization of the treatment plant are aimed at improving environmental protection. The purchase of modern automated technological equipment, in turn, is in line with the principles of sustainable and digital economic recovery.
