The investment intention of the applicant "Anton Gavrilov Popov" is under Sub-measure 4.2. "Investments in processing / marketing of agricultural products" from Measure 4. "Investments in tangible assets" of the Rural Development Program for 2014-2020. The same applies to the construction of a walnut processing plant as well as the purchase of technological equipment , corresponding to the technological standards for this type of processing plant, as well as the planned production capacity.
The plant will clean and pack walnut kernels. Walnuts are a rich source of important nutrients. Their valuable ingredients, namely amino acids, unsaturated fatty acids, trace elements and vitamins, make them indispensable in balanced nutrition.
The main raw material needed to feed the production processes in the enterprise - dry nuts in a shell, is bought by the owner. It is transported by means of transport owned by the enterprise, discharged by means of a wheeled tractor or big beagle, stored in existing warehouses in the current base of the owner for further processing.
From a commercial point of view, the process of machine extraction of nuts from the shell without direct human hand intervention is very important. This increases the production capacity and reduces the risk of further contamination of finished products with other surfaces, which is particularly important due to the difficult remediation of the final product.
