In the leased property of 4,501 decares. there are apricots that are one year old. The apricots are of the Mrkuleshti variety and their planting scheme is 5 by 5 meters and 40 pieces per hectare. In the second leased property from Susan Mustafa, which is 4,334 decares. there are pears of the Carmen variety, which are planted according to the scheme 4 by 2.5 meters and 100 pieces per acre. In the two neighboring leased properties, which have a total area of 13,306 decares. at the moment it is fallow, but in compliance with all the terms of these properties, orchards will be planted - plums according to the scheme 5 by 4 meters and 48 pieces per hectare.
