The subject of this project is an investment in a water-saving irrigation system for plum plantations.
Plum plantations are separated in one irrigated field with a total area of ​​597.35 dka and are located in the land of Syanovo village, Tutrakan municipality.
The water source of the irrigation field is an existing borehole located on property owned by the Employer, bordering the irrigation field. Drilling is with permit #11520253/19.11.2015 (Appendix 1) and decision to extend the term #3338/09.08.2017. (Appendix 2).
Water withdrawals will not exceed the permitted daily average water quantities.
From the borehole, water flows into prefabricated existing water tanks with a volume of up to V=600m3. From the tank, the water is supplied by a pump unit to a pressure pipeline, HDPE, DN160, located along the border of the irrigation field.
The pump to feed the drip plant will be installed next to the existing irrigation tank. A non-return valve and a main shut-off valve for emergency shut-off of the water supply belong to the pumping unit. A flow meter (water meter) is installed on the pusher. The pump is equipped with a frequency converter (inverter) for operation at varying flow rates
A sand filter group with automatic flushing inlet, outlet DN150 complete with disk filters on a stand will be installed after the pump
After the aqueduct node, the pump impeller is converted into a pressure pipeline. The pipeline is made of HDPE pipes DN160mm, PN10. On it, at certain distances, electromagnetic valves are installed, which supply water to distribution pipelines. The drip pipelines are installed on the distribution pipelines by means of submersible fittings.
The irrigation field will be irrigated with DN16mm solid-walled drip pipelines, with built-in, pressure-compensating drippers every 75cm and with a flow rate of 1.6 l/hour.
On each row of plum trees, two rows of drip pipe will be laid, on both sides of the row.
