The investment in a new extrusion machine for blown film will allow the company to significantly improve its production capacity and expand its range of offered products. The new line will replace outdated machines and enable the production of films from various polymers, such as LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, mLLDPE, and MDPE, as well as biodegradable and compostable films.
With a production capacity of 160 kg/hour for LDPE and 140 kg/hour for HDPE, the new equipment will allow the company to increase its monthly output and optimize raw material costs by using up to 70-80% recycled materials in the middle layer of the film. This will not only reduce the need for purchasing primary raw materials but it will also improve the environmental footprint of the production process.
The new line is also designed with modern energy-efficient technologies, which will enable the company to enhance its energy efficiency while simultaneously reducing operational costs. Additionally, the ability to produce wider film (up to 1.20 m) will allow the company to fulfill orders for larger sizes, thereby expanding its customer base.
With the implementation of this line, the company will be able to meet the growing demand for more sustainable packaging materials and strengthen its position in the market as an innovative and environmentally responsible manufacturer. The project will contribute to increasing the company’s competitiveness by boosting production capacity, expanding the product range, and reducing production costs.
