The project proposal is submitted by the company "Total" Ltd., registered in 1996, developing the main activity in the field of trade in building materials and the secondary activity of finishing construction activities. "Total" Ltd. has two warehouses for building materials on the territory of the municipality of Svoge. The project proposal is signed for a period of six months. The project includes one activity for implementation, namely - "Purchase of a crawler excavator".
The asset pledged in the current purchase project will be used for the secondary activity of the company, namely other finishing activities in construction. The purchased construction machine will diversify the services offered in the activity of finishing construction activities, by offering a wide range of excavation services - alignment, unloading/loading, excavation of foundations and channels for various infrastructure, terracing of yards, etc.
With the implementation of the planned activity, the goals of the project proposal will also be realized, namely - Development of business in rural areas and in particular the village of Vlado Trichkov and the municipality of Svoge, support for poverty, support for investment in non-agricultural activities, increase in competitiveness in the territory of MIG Kostinbrod – Svoge. The activity "Purchase of a crawler excavator" will be performed according to the rules of PMS No. 160 of July 1, 2016. After signing the contract with the program operator, measures will be taken to inform the local population and interested parties about the implementation of the project, its financing and goals - Information and publicity.
The business plan was prepared on the basis of feasibility studies carried out by the manager of the candidate company for a period of five years.
