The project "Sustainable integration of young people in" MK FINANCE GROUP "Ltd. aims at attracting young people seeking employment and realization in the field of accounting services to integrate them in a sustainable way in the labor market. The company "MK FINANCE GROUP" EOOD will offer to the employees a professional and competent attitude and will give them a possibility for realization in the field of accounting services.
The project activities are also aimed at achieving the objectives and are in line with the HRD OP guidelines and the investment priority. The activities set out meet the needs of the project target groups, namely: 4 unemployed young people.
The results of the project will contribute to the acquisition of knowledge and the creation of appropriate skills of the target groups according to the specifics of the regional labor market and the employers' needs of a labor force with certain characteristics. Investments aim at achieving long-term effects and real employment inclusion, ensuring greater competitiveness and successful integration into the labor market. The project is expected to create employment for 4 job seekers unemployed young people with secondary or tertiary education up to 29 years of age. The expected impact on the target group is the inclusion in employment of 4 persons and their inclusion in the team of MK FINANCE GROUP EOOD
