The project proposal aims to renovate the public spaces in all 44 settlements within the territory of Tundzha Municipality. The proposal includes eligible activities for support that contribute to the development and renewal of areas intended for broad public use. These areas are meant to permanently meet public needs of municipal importance by improving infrastructure and the overall appearance of the settlements in the municipality of Tundzha.

The implementation of the project proposal will lead to the renewal of the appearance of public spaces in the settlements, which in turn will contribute to the achievement of key priorities set in the Integrated Development Plan of Tundzha Municipality for 2021–2027.

The lack of recreational public spaces is one of the significant problems faced by the municipality. Their renovation is a step toward creating a new image for the small settlements, which in turn will provide greater convenience and comfort for both residents and visitors.

The investments outlined in the project proposal will benefit the entire municipal population and will support sustainable development and the creation of favorable and attractive living conditions.

Following a meeting held at the administrative building of Tundzha Municipality, a decision was made for the municipality to apply for the supply of the planned facilities. After delivery, the installation of the gazebos will be carried out by volunteers — residents of the municipality. The meeting was attended by mayors and local leaders from the settlements within Tundzha Municipality.
