The project proposal is aimed at equipping a hall owned by"Thracian wine"Ltd,with the aim of using it for organizing and holding video conferences,trainings,seminars,team building,business meetings,presentations,promotions and company events,which will lead to stimulation of local development in rural areas and increasing the competitiveness of the company.The same works in the field of wine production and its activity is related to holding numerous meetings with colleagues,partners,clients and guests,appreciators of quality products.There are many farmers and vegetable growers in the area.The idea that unites everyone is related to the promotion of products from South Sakar as a whole. This requires a place for holding business meetings, presentations, video links and product promotion. At the moment, the hall functions as enoteca, where winemakers welcome guests at various events and tastings and present their products, but with git equipment, they can also organize various training courses, including sommelier training. The capacity of 40 seats (seated) has the possibility of organizing coffee breaks between work sessions, as well as holding themed events with/without catering. Available during the warm months is a garden with additional seats, which makes it suitable for teambuildings.The implementation activities are related to the purchase of necessary equipment for the proper functioning of the hall, namely:TV, video conference system and tablet,2 laptops,office package, license and color multifunctional device. New thick curtains will be purchased,which will provide suitable conditions for holding multimedia events. It is planned that the hall will be rented out to all those who wish to promote and present their production, as well as for holding any training and work events. The convenient location contributes to quick and easy access, and the available material base conveys the perfect combination of coziness, hospitality, personal attention and attitude.
