The project envisages the following activities:
1. Repair of the roof of an INDUSTRIAL BUILDING in PI 20883.248.111, ON THE LAND OF THE VILLAGE OF DZHURKOVO, LUCKY MUNICIPALITY, PLOVDIV DISTRICT.
2. Delivery and commissioning of machines for cutting and splitting wood and timber.
The building, object of investment intention is existing, two-storey with a built-up area of ​​190 m2, located on a plot with a total area of ​​1142 m2. A road from the national road network passes to the property, and the adjacent areas are convenient for loading and unloading and storage of equipment. There is no need for additional construction of electricity supply or plumbing infrastructure.
The building is located in a central place in the territory of the forests managed by the applicant. Due to the compromised roof, the building is currently out of order. It is envisaged that after the implementation of the project the building will be used for manual cutting of logs and packaging of some of them for use in barbecue and their storage until transport to the commercial network.
A machine for chopping wood to turn it into firewood or logs with a length of 1 meter can work both in the yard adjacent to the building and on the terrain in the forest, where planned felling is carried out. The activity is new for the applicant and it is planned to create 2 new jobs and purchase two chainsaws and a set of wood splitting machines. This activity will utilize the dry and non-standard mass, as well as cut the falling branches from the trees during the planned felling in the forests, owned by the applicant.
Due to the aging of the population that uses firewood, there is an increased demand for chopped and cut firewood in sizes suitable for standard heating appliances.
Therefore, the implementation of this project will meet the needs of market demand, improve working conditions and increase the competitiveness of PK "Victory".
