BORINO TEX LTD was founded in 2016 with the idea as project applicant for foundation of sewing workshop. The project was not applied, and the company hasn’t been and nowadays is not operating also. The owner of BORINO TEX LTD is with deep experience in the sewing production business sector and currently is technologist in factory. With current project the candidate will equip and set up own sewing workshop. The owner has made pre project research for the demand in sewing services, type of the material to be worked with, an experience with potential clients and production readiness upon immediate startup of the machine infrastructure.  BORINO TEX LTD has rented production premises with an area 219,62 m2 which has operated and have the statutory of sewing workshop. Premises are on second floor of the building with stairs and elevator access. In the production area there are racks for blanks and finished products, auxiliary tables for technological transport of the semi-finished products. As part of the technological process there’s packaging for finished production, 2 ironing boards and steam irons without steam generators. The premises are with properly installed electro installation and lighting. Walls and flooring are in very good condition and reconstruction is not needed. The candidate has contracted sewing under commission for working and camouflage clothing. The order will provide an year-round workload for the workshop. Initially will be employed 6 workers with the capacity for opening of 10 working places. Under the project is planned to purchase automated and robotic sewing equipment and due to same the production capacity will be significantly increased compared to workshops equipped with ordinary sewing machines. A single automated machine covers operations for 3-4 workers. Considering automated and precise execution of several operations from single machine one worker will be able to serve  load with details 2-3 robotic machines at the same time.
