The candidate RIAROL EOOD is a newly registered company, created in connection with the preparation of a project for putting into operation a modern equipped workshop for the production of sun protection mechanisms /blinds/ and/or other AL and PVC products. The owner of the company has experience in the production of roller blinds and other AL and PVC products, he sees the potential, the growing demand for AL and PVC products in the region, and also the insufficient capacity of local companies to respond in time to consumer demand, therefore he decided to create own production enterprise, using the possibilities of the Kuklen - Asenovgrad MIG for financing the project.
The project envisages:
ACTIVITY 1: Construction of a production room for the production of sun protection mechanisms /blinds/ and/or other AL and PVC products. According to the Notarial Deed for Assigned Construction Right, the status of a property with identifier 40467.10.426, located in the town of Kuklen, municipality of Kuklen, allows the construction and equipment of a building for the development of industrial activity by RIAROL EOOD. The area of ​​PI 40467.10.426 is 3,000 m2. The building will have a production hall, an office, a staff rest room and a bathroom.
ACTIVITY 2: Delivery, installation and commissioning of the technological equipment for the production of sun protection mechanisms /blinds/, as follows:
At the elevation +0.00, a production room is set aside, in which one number of the following machines will be located:
1. Circular for cutting profiles and lamella;
2. Machine for collecting roller blinds;
It is planned to open 2 new jobs to work with the new technological equipment to meet the growing demands of the market, as well as organize a new zero-waste technology, protecting the environment, leading to the optimization of the technological process, increasing productivity and reducing heavy physical labor and improving working conditions.
