ET "Valentin Valnev" has an investment intention to build and organize a workshop for processing fruits and vegetables in Regulated Land I-35.402, land of the village of Yagodovo, municipality "Rodopi", Plovdiv region. A building permit has been issued for two one-storey production buildings of metal construction and enclosing, partition walls and a roof of thermal panels.
In one building will be organized a workshop for processing fruits and vegetables by drying, which is the subject of the first stage of the building permit, and in the other - a distillery for the extraction of essential oils - in the second stage.
The subject of the present project is processing of fruits and vegetables, as the final product is dried fruits and vegetables (cherries, cherries, prunes, peppers, tomatoes and carrots), packed in cuts for the store network, or in larger packages for restaurants for catering, mother kitchens and work chairs.
It will work all year round, with a maximum capacity for processing a total of 213.6 tons of fruits and vegetables per year.
Drying takes place in chamber dryers supplied with hot water from a pellet boiler with automated process control.
The workshop will be serviced by 11 production staff.
The owner and manager Valentin Valnev is a representative of a vulnerable group.
