The project proposal is for the establishment of a municipal Center for Youth and Social Activities with a focus on the cultural development of the municipality. The target group is children and young people, but with the active participation and support of all citizens of the Kuklen municipality.
To implement the idea, it is necessary to carry out renovation of the ground floor (first level) of an old school building falling under the UPI II - education and social activities, quarter 62 of the regulatory plan of the town of Kuklen. The condition of the premises is compromised and they cannot be used at the moment. By renovating the premises, supplying equipment and furniture, as well as improving the adjacent spaces, the place will be reborn into a new cultural site, providing opportunities for cultural enrichment of the local community through innovative and diverse activities.

The goal of the project is for the center to establish itself as a modern and popular place for:
1. organizing debates on various cultural, educational, scientific, social or sports topics;
2. holding various events – seminars, round tables, conferences, creative meetings, competitions, talks, exhibitions on various occasions and other events;
3. providing the halls for holding various events by non-governmental organizations, schools, kindergartens and others on various occasions;
4. holding cultural and educational programs for children and youth;
5. holding events for social integration, socialization and resocialization of various groups and communities.

Expected results:
1. Stimulating cultural life and creativity in the municipality.
2. Creating new opportunities for youth participation and expression in cultural and social activities.
3. Raising the cultural level and awareness of the local community.
4. Developing youth and cultural initiatives that promote innovation and creativity.
5. Strengthening cultural exchange at the regional and international levels.
