The project is aimed at modernizing the farm of Nikolay Petrov Petrov, by purchasing modern tractor equipment (trailer, pallet truck and coiler) and building a refrigeration chamber for storing own products. With its implementation, Nikolay Petrov Petrov will increase its independence and efficiency in harvesting and will give it market advantage in realizing its production at the most appropriate moment due to the long shelf life guaranteed by the innovative extraction system of ethylene installed in the chamber. This innovation will contribute to business sustainability and enhance its competitiveness in the local economy. With the help of the new inventory and thanks to the biological treatment of all areas, the edges of the vineyards and the garden will be treated in a way that prevents erosion and preserves soil fertility.
