Description
The object of the investment is a Workshop for production of reinforcing blanks, working in part of its private one-storey production building and an annex to it, separated as a separate object in a property located in the village of Borino, Smolyan region. The assignor " SAYA GROUP" Ltd., along with the construction and the installation works on the projects of the investors, also develops and trades in timber, construction materials, metals, production of blanks for reinforcement of buildings, as well as construction on investitors’ projects.For several years SAYA GROUP EOOD has been supplying and manufacturing entirely manually blanks for reinforcement of buildings for the needs of construction, that is cut to given size and thickness reinforcing iron for installation of reinforcing mesh for construction sites, roduction of reinforcement blanks for columns, girders and other elements for the construction of buildings constructed with reinforced concrete, which activity develops in its own building intended for these production activities. Currently, in the production building, the company manufactures metal blanks and structural elements are cut mainly with an angle grinder and bent on a beagle or entirely by hand, that is why it works with iron with a small cross section. This heavy low-productivity and high-risk heavy manual labor will be automated with the purchase of: MACHINE FOR CUTTING REINFORCEMENT IRON MZV RIGHT-CUTTING MACHINE BIGLYAR BIGLING MACHINE REINFORCEMENT IRON BENDING MACHINE Forklift With the purchase of automated equipment, the candidate will create 6,5 three new job positions and facilitate their work, will meet the needs of the market for the production of blanks with larger sections of rebar, and will increase the competitiveness of the company.

Кандидатът управлява проекта и еднолично взема решения решения, свързани с осигуряване на средствата за реализацията на проекта, обявяването на процедурата за избор на доставчик на машините, както и изборът на доставчика.
