With the present project proposal, Zhelyo Radev Ivanov applies under measure 4.1 "Investments in agricultural holdings" to the Strategy for the Rural Development of the SNC "MIG-Nova Zagora".
At the date of application, the farmer is mainly engaged in raising dairy sheep and producing concentrated and coarse fodder for feeding the animals.
  The livestock facility is located on the land of Zagortsi village, Nova Zagora municipality, Sliven region.
The subject of the project proposal is the purchase of agricultural machinery for carrying out mechanized activities in raising the animals on the farmer's sheep farm, for the production of concentrated and coarse fodder. The technique subject to the project will be used to transport from the farm and spread the manure on the fields. In addition to agricultural machinery subject to the project proposal and the purchase of an irrigation system for watering the areas with alfalfa, grain corn and wheat.
Investments under the project are expected to lead to an increase in the competitiveness of the farmer, by reducing the cost of concentrated and coarse fodder.
The technique subject to the project is as follows:
1. Irrigation system brand RM, model 110/450, SERIES 790 GX – 2 pcs., which will be used to water alfalfaq corn for grain and wheat.
2. Fertilizer spreading trailer brand PALAZOGLU, model TR2K10B – 1 pc. with the help of which the fertilizer will be transported from the farm to the field and spread over the fields.
The total value of the investment under this project amounts to BGN 199,055.00 excluding VAT.
