At the time of application - ET "DIMITER GBONKOV" develops the activity that wants to expand - production and sale of furniture. The company is a family-run business, established and producing furniture for interior furnishing of the home and office, entirely to customer orders. The furniture is made of MDF and chipboard, although the company started its production with furniture made of solid wood. The demand for solid wood furniture is negligible compared to furniture made from pressed boards, which is why the applicant currently works entirely with pressed boards. Demand for custom-made furniture is increasing and the applicant is taking measures to expand production. It intends to automate the production processes, which will significantly increase the quantity and quality of the products produced.The project provides for the supply and installation of innovative technological equipment for furniture production as follows:
- CNC router /machining center/ with automatic tool change - 1 pc;
- CNC drilling machine - 1 pc;
- Automatic edging machine - 1 pc:
- Copressor station - 1pc.
The advantages of custom-made furniture for customers are numerous, some of which are:
- Customers have the ability to design their furniture exactly according to their needs and preferences.
- Custom furniture is made to exact dimensions that maximize the available space in the home or office;
- A choice of materials and colors allows customers to create unique and customized furniture that suits their tastes.
After the implementation of the project the applicant intends to employ 1 new worker on a labour contract, which will improve the socio-economic situation on the territory of the "Local Initiative Group of Muglizh, Kazanlak, Gurkovo".
By renewing the production process, through the purchase of innovative high-tech machinery, the applicant will increase the competitiveness of his company.
