The current project aims to diversify into non-agricultural activities of the applicant, and in particular those related to specialized construction of open-air terrains. Currently, the applicant has carried out construction operations, such as repairs to private roads, alignment and preparation of construction sites, etc., as well as snow cleaning. For these activities, the need for mechanization is provided by available wheel loaders as well as by a rented excavator with similar features to the purchase. 
The need to purchase a excavator for the described activities is due to the numerous engagements that open in the building sector and to the fact that the permanent hiring of a excavator to carry out activities is financially unprofitable.
For the purposes of this project as well as for diversification into non-agricultural activities, the following specialized equipment is envisaged for purchase:
JCB 3CX SM Combine Excavator, equipped as follows: Bucket, Pallet forks, Hydraulic Hammer, Snowmobile, Drill, Trampoline.
