The investment plan of ASPIDA Ltd. is in the scope of point 13.1.4 of the LIG "Devnya Aksakovo" Application Terms and Conditions. Eligible activities -".. other non-agricultural activities" and includes implementation of a complex project for investment initiative "Construction:"Petrol station", located in a land plot with ID 32490.51.112, by CM of the town of Izvorsko, municipality of Aksakovo, Varna district. The design capacity of the filling station is for 20,000 l of diesel and 10,000 l gasoline, as well as a gas station with 10,000 m3 of gas, a separate filling station for a quick charging of electric vehicles. It is equipped with two gasoline columns 4/2/4 for two types of fuel, two sides. The gas station is equipped with a two-sided gas cylinder with two pistols.
The complex investment project includes the following parts:
PART I: BC; PART II: Architectural; PART III: Water Supply; PART IV: EL; PART V: HV; PART VI: Technology; PART VII: Fire Safety
During the construction of the service station, the introduction of innovations will be introduced (with the equipment) with which the applicant will obtain a competitive advantage: Self Service Terminal (SST)-a device designed to serve staff without one or more gas stations with the functioning ESFM at the site; Construction of a fast-refueling station (According to the OECD, 2005), innovation is defined as the application of a new or significantly improved product (product or service) or process, a new marketing method or a new organizational method in business practice).
The charging station for the rapid charging of electric vehicles falls within the definition of a green economy as it helps to reduce carbon emissions and pollution; improves energy and resource efficiency; that meaning economy (green product).
The total investment is worth 391007.61 BGN without VAT or 469209,13 BGN with VAT.
An appointment of 6 people from the local community is planned.
The payback period of the project is 10 months.
