The project "Purchase of Equipment and Inventory for Organizing Weddings and Events" aims to create and develop a new service in the field of organizing weddings and events in the municipality of Byala Slatina, Vratsa region. The beneficiary of the project is ALEKSDENI Ltd. with UIC 202160233, registered at 21 Lomska Street, Byala Slatina.

Main Objectives and Activities of the Project

Project Objectives:

Improve the economic efficiency of the company through diversification of activities.
Create new jobs and increase employment in the region.
Offer quality services for organizing weddings and events.
Main Activities of the Project:

Purchase a modular tent with a floor for outdoor events, resistant to wind and rain, measuring 15x40 meters.
Purchase an aluminum portable stage with a minimum load capacity of 800 kg/sq.m.
Provide folding tables (round and rectangular) and chairs for guests.
Purchase decoration sets, including arches, artificial flowers, and lighting.
Purchase dining and serving sets.
Expected Results

The project will contribute to promoting social inclusion and reducing poverty, as well as increasing the competitiveness of the local economy by creating new business opportunities. The implementation of the project is expected to improve the quality of life in the region and promote sustainable and quality employment.

Funding

The project will be funded under measure 6.4 "Investments in Support of Non-Agricultural Activities" of the Rural Development Program 2014-2020, with the help of the Community-Led Local Development Strategy of the LAG Byala Slatina. The total amount of the grant is up to 75% of the eligible costs, with the remainder provided through co-financing by the beneficiary.
