The project is related to the establishment of a new tahan factory and corresponds to the possibility of development of the processing industry on the territory of the Local Initiative Group - Harmanli. The project aims are to increase competitiveness in the local tahan production sector by modernizing the processing rehash, diversifying production, creating short delivery ways, enhancing product quality and promoting it as healthy and complete food. The implementation of the project will satisfy the need of local farmers to make their own production easier and more satisfactory, as well as to improve their cooperation with them.
