The project envisages a major repair and change of the purpose of a production building in a sports club.The object of the investment is the village Obruchishte, Galabovo municipality.There is a one-storey existing production building (bakery) in Regio I-673, with a main entrance from the north and a South Charging Inlet.For the purpose of the project a detailed architectural filming was carried out, reconstruction and modification of the purpose of an existing bakery in a sports club is envisaged.The current reconstruction of the building envisages a change in the functionality of the premises.To do this, all doors and windows will be dismantled and replaced with new ones.In addition, a door will be erected, a partition wall demolished and new ones built.The new object is: Sports Club - consisting of corridor, gym, fitness and equipment, staff room, accessible bathroom, 2 anteroom, 2 toilets, 2 dressing rooms and 2 showers.A ramp with a length of 750 cm and a 5% slope is foreseen to overcome a height of 37.5 cm at the main entrance from the north.It will have a double railing with a height of 60 cm (between 50-75 cm) for use by children and small children and 90 cm (between 85-100 cm) for general use.The handles are continuous and round with a diameter of 5 cm (3-5 cm per norm) and rounded edges.The joinery will be made of PVC profiles and glazing.The roof is an inclined reinforced concrete slab, which will be laid heat insulation, protective screed and 2 layers of bitumen waterproofing (the latter with built-in screed).On the facades there is a thermal insulation system with EPS and a finishing layer - silicate plaster.The necessary equipment will be purchased according to the approved technical specification.
