The project proposal aims to ensure the introduction of new physical assets / refrigeration chamber and refrigeration installation to it / in the enterprise processing and storing agricultural products produced on the farm of Chenchev 2021 in order to produce quality chilled product. Project proposal activities:
The necessary equipment and facilities will be purchased and installed as follows:
• 1 medium-temperature refrigeration chamber for supercooling of prunes with temperature regime 0 / + 4o;
• 1 refrigeration unit.

The applicant cultivates about 169 decares of prunes, from which he expects yields of about 338,000 tons. The implementation of the project proposal will allow some of them to be preserved for a longer time, by cooling and to be sold on the market with higher prices during the time when there is no fresh fruit.
