Company "Isian" Ltd. is registered as a farmer under Ordinance No. 3/1999. Priority in its activity is raising cows and producing raw cow's milk. With this project proposal, "Isian" Ltd. wishes to diversify its sources of income by creating a Family-type Accommodation Center for the Elderly in RLE VII-398, sq. 38 under the plan of Yastrebovo village, municipality Opan.
The manager of the company, who has medical education and many years of practice in the field of healthcare, wants to build a family-type accommodation center for the elderly. The center is oriented towards accepting elderly people from the surrounding areas, and the advantage will be the proximity to their relatives and relatives. The social services offered will be in line with the principles of guaranteeing the quality and efficiency of social services, as well as the provision of services that meet the individual needs of individuals.
Pursuant to the Social Assistance Act and its Implementing Regulations, Bulgarian natural persons registered under the Commercial Law, legal persons, as well as natural persons engaged in business activities and legal persons arising under the legislation of another Member State of the European Union, or another European Economic Area country may provide social services only after being entered in the register of social service providers. According to data from the same register, there are no local competitors for the provider of this service in the territory of Stara Zagora, Haskovo and Plovdiv districts.

The project proposal is for construction of a Family-type Accommodation Center for the elderly with 14 seats, the building was designed on 2 floors with a total area of ​​382.49 sq.m.

Project costs include the construction of the building, vertical layout with site nets, landscaping and an openwork fence.
