This project proposal includes the purchase of the following agricultural equipment:

• Pronto 4 DC Horsch Pneumatic seed drill

The value of the asset is BGN 107 570.65 excluding VAT. VAT and will be purchased from Agrotron 2007 EOOD. The choice was made on the basis of the "lowest price" criterion, of course careful study and comparison of the parameters of the technique with the predefined ones was made. Assets will be purchased after the final evaluation of the project proposal and its approval.

• Umega Agricultural Trailer, model SPP14
• Recycling Screw Container

The assets amount to BGN 36,890 without including VAT and will be purchased by Agrohol Ltd. Assets are included in the reference list for which a single bid is submitted.

The total net financial resource for realization of the investment amounts to 144 460,65 (one hundred and forty four thousand four hundred and sixty sixty five) excluding VAT. VAT.
The company applied for 50% financial support amounting to BGN 74 395.33.

The investment will be covered by borrowed and own funds.

The deadline for the implementation of the project is 12 (twelve) months after its official approval.

In accordance with the preliminary production and financial estimates, the initial investment will be paid out of the company's net cash flow in the first year.
