Description
This project proposal is aimed at improving the activities of the farmer HOME FOOD LTD, through better use of production processing factors, through the implementation of innovative and modern technologies in order to increase its competitiveness. The project proposal applies for the purchase of a Raw Material Melting Machine for the Production of Processed Cheese INOTEC BC140-IT-300, which will be installed in a newly built milk processing plant owned by HOME FOOD LTD.The processed cheese production machine will provide an opportunity to market new competitive dairy products, produced using state-of-the-art technology, which ensures their high quality and traceability of the process from farm to table.The processed cheese production machine is distinguished by excellent parameters in compliance with European production standards, new technologies improving the quality of the operations performed and protecting environmental components.
