Description
The investment project is for the site "Designation of a recreation area and restoration of a children's playground, UPI I, quarter 20, according to the plan of the village of Medovina, municipality of Popovo". The project will contribute to achieving the goals of both the National Development Program Bulgaria 2030, RDP 2014-2020, and the "Plan for Integrated Development of Popovo Municipality" for the period 2021-2027. In response to the objective of the RDP 2014-2020, the implementation of the project will lead to the financing of publicly accessible open areas intended for individual and group games, will turn them into an attractive place for recreation and entertainment. With the implementation of the current project proposal, the long-standing problems of the residents in the village will be solved, the living environment will be improved and both the ecological culture and the popularity of the campaign will increase. The residents of the village are extremely active both in carrying out initiatives with ecological themes and in the daily maintenance and sanitization of the park spaces. The main activities planned for implementation in the project proposal are cleaning, restoration of a recreation area, creation of a children's corner. It is planned to install waste bins - 2 pcs., as well as a set of benches with tables - 4 pcs. for the construction of the recreation area. The delivery and installation of children's equipment - see-saw, children's swing and a combined facility of a slide with a swing and rubber flooring - 40m2 is planned. The developed part of the project for landscaping and park planning has as its main goal the introduction of new decorative vegetation, tailored to the area of the site. It is planned to create with the vegetation: - In an aesthetic way, shaping the green parts, improving the quality of the space. -A harmonious integration of the designed area with the surrounding landscape.

| Осъществяване на независим строителен надзор при изпълнение на строително-монтажни работи: С оглед изискванията за съставяне и представяне на всички актове и протоколи, изготвени по време на строителството при отчитане на строителните дейности, от една страна, от друга страна – спецификата на извършваните дейности и необходимостта от упражняване на специализиран контрол по отношение качеството и обема на извършваното строителство е предвидено за този обект да се сключи договор за упражняване на строителен надзор.
