Description
At the time of application - ET "DIMITER GBONKOV" is a family-owned company, producing furniture for home and office furnishing, entirely custom-made for customers. The furniture is made of MDF and chipboard. In order to develop the company, the applicant intends to purchase innovative equipment to produce the pressed panels for furniture production and to start the production of interior doors, diversifying the product range of the company and increasing its competitiveness. The project foresees the purchase of: Hydraulic press with electric oil boiler and PLC control; Electric truck; Manually operated electric low lift; The hydraulic press will allow the company to produce its own high quality pressed mono/bi/multi-colour panels, enabling the production of both furniture and interior doors, which represents an innovation in interior design and will give the applicant a significant advantage over competitors. The production of two-colour/multi-colour panels will differentiate the company from competitors and diversification will enable higher efficiency, cost reduction and improved product quality, which will strengthen the company's market position. The use of an electric truck and an electric low-lift truck will reduce the physical strain on workers, optimize internal transport time and improve the overall organization of production. Overall, the investment leads to an increase in energy efficiency of more than 30 %, as shown in the Report and Summary presented. The implementation of the project introduces a technological innovation in the enterprise, which makes it possible to implement the product and design innovations described in the Opinion of the competent persons. Overall, the investment is aimed at introducing production processes that respect nature and protect environmental components, as shown in the Environmental Statement attached to the project proposal.

| Управление на проекта.: Управлението на проекта стартира веднага след подписване на договора за финансиране на настоящия проект. Кандидатът управлява проекта и еднолично взема решения решенията, свързани с осигуряване на средствата за реализацията на проекта, обявяването на процедурата за избор на доставчик на машините, както и избора на доставчика.
