Description
The project proposal envisages the conversion of an existing shed into a workshop for the manufacture of memorial plaques and the construction of a new shed" located in UPI VI-120, quarter 40 according to the regulation plan of the village of Zamfir, Lom Municipality. The existing building is a massive room of 17 sq. m. and a shed in front of it of 18 sq. m. The existing shed will be closed with aerated concrete walls and joinery and will be used as a workshop for making memorial plaques, and the existing room will be used as a warehouse.A new shed of 26 square meters will be built in front of the workshop and warehouse. for storage of materials. A steel-concrete slab and cement-sand screed will be made under the existing and new sheds. The existing roof over the workshop and warehouse will be overhauled with the replacement of timber construction, cladding and tiles. The new aerated concrete walls of the workshop and the existing walls of the warehouse will be externally and internally plastered and painted. A suspended ceiling will be installed in the premises. An investment project has been drawn up for the planned construction and installation works for the Architecture part and the Construction part.It is planned to purchase a three-axis machine for the production of memorial plaques from granite and marble, as well as tools for the main activity.
