Description
The project proposal is subject to the investment of replacing the wooden window frames with new PVC window frames, 5-chamber, color white, double glazing 24 mm, white glass + low-emission glass (K-glass) and argon gas, incl. hardware and window sill. The project envisages the replacement of a total of 32 windows in the building of the "Vasil Levski-1904" municipal building, incl. – a small hall with a terrace, where the rehearsals of the folklore ensembles and various meetings and events take place; office; stairs, library. The community building has geothermal heating. It is the only community center building in the city that is heated with hot water and offers favorable conditions for holding cultural events during the winter season. The replacement of the window frames is particularly urgent, since in the current state, not a small part of the heat is lost.
