Description
"Napredak - Elena - 1863" Community Center "Elena" is a traditional, self-governing Bulgarian cultural and educational association, which also performs state cultural and educational tasks in the field of culture. At the moment, at the "Napredak - Elena - 1863" amateur art activity is developed by more than 200 people, formed in several creative groups. With the project "Renovation and reconstruction of a public building for the provision of cultural services -" Napredak - Elena - 1863 "Community Cultural Center - town of Elena, for improvement and enrichment of the offered services", under PRSR 2007-2013 a complete repair of community center building. The renovation of the Chitalishte "home" has created preconditions for enriching the activity, developing new forms, hosting more events and events. Similar is the condition of stage costumes and costumes, some of which are over 50 years old. In this regard, the team of NP "Progress - Elena - 1863" - Elena is developing a project proposal "Maintenance, restoration, promotion and improvement of cultural heritage by purchasing lighting and sound equipment, costumes and stage garments to enrich and improve the quality of the services offered by the Community Cultural Center "Napredak - Elena - 1863" - the town of Elena, in order to apply for a grant
