Description
The planned investments in the current project proposal are directly related to the main activity of the company - restaurant business. "BISTRO FENIX" LTD owns and manages a restaurant where successful recipes for quality food and drinks are applied, collected in a well-arranged menu. With the help of the grant under sub-measure 6.4. "Investments in support of non-agricultural activities" from SVOMR of SNC "MIG Galabovo - Opan - Simeonovgrad" will be carried out: renovation of the salon of the establishment with new furniture with a suitable and optimized configuration; replacement of kitchen equipment with new, highly efficient and significantly more efficient energy consumption; replacement of ventilation and air-conditioning installations with highly efficient ones and significantly higher class energy efficiency; with the increase in the capacity of the kitchen unit, a new service will be launched for the territory of Galabovo municipality and Opan municipality - order and delivery with own transport of hot food to homes and offices, both lunch menu and evening menu.
