Description
An analysis of the situation for the Strategy for VOMR of the "Devnia-Aksakovo" MIG indicates that in connection with improving the service to citizens and businesses, creating a dynamic living environment, it is imperative to modernize the ICT infrastructure and communication links between settlements. In recent years, especially in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, communications have played a crucial role in the development of a secure, dynamic living environment. Communication systems must provide effective management of the ever-increasing flows of data coming from various sources /office applications, e-mail, other software packages, video materials, etc./ The current trend in solving this problem consists of collecting all these systems into a common network. The current project proposal envisages the construction of an ICT infrastructure in the municipal administration building for centralized monitoring and processing of video streams in order to ensure a safe and secure living environment and improve services for citizens in the territory of Aksakovo municipality. Within the framework of the project, the server room in the Aksakovo municipality will be equipped, an active infrastructure will be built in the Aksakovo municipality building and in the populated areas, which will meet modern technological solutions, and the beginning of the construction of a "smart city" and the creation of of a single monitoring center.
