Subject of the investment intention is: "Change of purpose and reconstruction of a warehouse part in two commercial objects of a warehouse building in UPI V-295,296 square 31, city of Ardino", representing ONE AND ONLY THE FIRST STAGE of a site: "Change of purpose, reconstruction and upgrade of a warehouse building in UPI V-295,296 sq. 31 under the PUP of the city of Ardino, municipality of Ardino, district of Kardzhali" with two stages: First stage: Change of purpose and reconstruction of a warehouse part in two commercial establishments Second stage: Upgrade of a multi-family residential part. For the entire site, including the two stages, a technical project was prepared with the following parts: Architectural, Structural, Construction, Electrical, HVAC, Geodesy, Fire Safety, Energy Efficiency and Compliance Assessment, and a building permit was issued to the Chief Architect of the Municipality of Ardino. The investment proposal "Change of purpose and reconstruction of a warehouse part in two commercial sites of a warehouse building in UPI V-295,296 sq. 31, town of Ardino" covers only the first stage and provides for construction and installation works with the aim of reconstruction of the warehouse part in two commercial establishments - a shop for auto parts and a shop for industrial goods.
