The proposed investment project is of the applicant "ELGON BULGARIA" EOOD, under measure 6.4 "Investment support for non-agricultural activities" of the RDP for the period 2014-2020 in implementation of the Community-led Local Development (CLP) approach to the LAG Karlukovski Karst Strategy - Cherven Bryag - Iskar under the procedure for selection of project proposals No. BG06RDNP001- 19.276.
      The project envisages the opening of a modern Hairdressing Training Center in regulated land property X - 1108, District 76, Iskar. The technological equipment for the training center is also envisaged, according to an applied technological project.
The training center will carry out highly specialized training of guest hairdressers, who will be presented the products of the world famous brand ELGON Italy, while the new trainings will be used to learn the new trends in hairdressing and offer appropriate cosmetics for their implementation. The planned trainings are two-day and three-day specializing in a pre-prepared thematic package, and the trainees will be acting hairdressers. The idea is to provide a small group of learners, an average of 5-10 people, who can acquire new knowledge and skills in a pleasant and modern environment.
        The present project and its implementation will lead to the achievement of the objectives of the LLWM measure of the LLW Karlukovski Karst - Cherven Bryag - Iskar, namely:
• Diversification into non-agricultural activities;
• Encouraging entrepreneurship on the territory of LAG Karlukovski Karst - Cherven Bryag - Iskar, thus positively affecting the local economy;
• Creating employment opportunities and reducing unemployment;
• Improving the quality of life of the local population from the territory of the LAG.
