The project proposal is for reconstruction and upgrading of existing building for trade and ambulatory for group medical practice. The building is provided on two floors with a partial basement with a built-up area of ​​15300 m2 and a total built-up area of ​​306.00 m2. In the basement floor of elevation -2,50 there are three storage rooms. On the first floor of elevation +0.00 there is a terrace, entrance hall, waiting room, corridor, cabinet radiant, room for rest, office, cabinet dentist 1, cabinet dentist 2, cabinet doctor, WC WC 1, WC WC 2, WC 1, WC 2, WC 3, staircase and storage. On the second floor of elevation +3,27 there is a terrace, corridor, living room, kitchen, bedroom 1, bedroom 2, WC + bathroom 1, WC + bathroom 2 and staircase.Different parts of the building can be classified individually by class of functional fire hazard because they are separated and have separate evacuation exits.
Reconstruction (ambulatory for group medical practice) has a class of functional fire hazard - "F1" and F1.1 subclass - public health service buildings.
The superstructure (residential part of the building) has a functional fire hazard class - "F1" and a sub-class "F1.4" - one-family residential building.
