The project presents the investment intention of the candidate CREATIVE BUILD 78 EOOD for the purchase of specialized construction equipment- a combined excavator-loader for delivering services such as various excavation and loading, transportation and unloading of the excavated material on the territory of the Local Action Group Prespa. With the current project,candidate started an activity in the territory of LAG Prespa by delivering construction services,in particular excavation works, by purchasing an excavator.By the realization of the current project, the company will develop its services performed with an excavator, such as excavation works (Excavations, alignment of terrains and loading of earth masses, digging of canals, septic tanks and the like),loading and unloading works,clearing snow and landslides and other specific services for businesses,the citizens and municipal administrations within the territory of the Prespa Local Action Group. There is a lack of construction equipment in the remote mountainous areas. Residents of the territory find it difficult to access such kind of services for small family activities, since the equipment is mainly used by large construction companies and it is engaged on the construction sites. When it is necessary to use the services of such a machine-it turns out that there is no one available or one has to wait a long time. The old and amortized equipment available in the territory of the LAG is relatively cumbersome and too large to meet the needs of excavations on small streets or steep streets, which are almost all the streets in the territory of the LAG Prespa-it turns out that there is a lack of excavators of optimal dimensions and with a flexible way of working.By the development of this activity, the candidate will not only deliver the needed services through the specialized construction equipment, but will also increase the company's competitiveness.The equipment will be stored in a rental property in Chepelare.
